Adebukola O. Orenuga possesses a first degree in International Law and Diplomacy from Babcock University, Ogun State Nigeria and a Postgraduate in Development Studies from University of Glasgow, Scotland, United Kingdom. She is currently pursuing an MBA (Leadership) from Queen Mary University, University of London. Adebukola is the Executive Secretary/Chief Executive Officer of Bank Directors Association of Nigeria (BDAN); a role she has been in for the last four (4) years. At BDAN, Adebukola drives the strategy of the Association and leads a team to develop training programmes for Executive and Non-Executive Directors of Banks in Nigeria. Adebukola also works closely with the Board of the Association as they direct the affairs of the Association. Adebukola has cross-sector experience in Development, Education and Corporate Governance. Prior to joining BDAN, she was the Executive Secretary of the Association of Private Educators in Nigeria (APEN). Adebukola was a Youth Ambassador for a UN Project called “A World at School ” from 2014 – 2016.
