Bridge House College Students Top International Examinations

Again, Bridge House College Students have proven their brilliance and continued drive for excellence. Just last year we celebrated 4 of our students who defended our mantra Knowledge for success in the Cambridge Assessment International Education Examination, they bagged 6 awards in the AS & A’ Level, 3 Top in Nigeria and 3 High Achievement.

This year we are delighted to say that our students took the world’s stage by bringing home 1 Top in the World, 1 Top in Nigeria and 4 High Achievement in the Cambridge Assessment International Education Examination. Bridge House College students also achieved high scores in other international examinations including TOEFL, SAT and IELTS.

Congratulations to the award winners; Cherish Markson emerged the worlds overall best in Law and High Achievement Award in Sociology, while Faisal Haruna Lawan took the home top in Nigeria in Physics. Three other Bridge House College students, Aishat Tajudeen won the High Achievement award in Biology, while Amaka Nelly Okereke and Ihsaan Kanike Gimbiya, each won a High Achievement Award in Business.

In her remark, while speaking with the press, the Principal of Bridge House College, Mrs Ayoola Akinyeye, said the school is focused on grooming life-long learners and building a learning organisation that is conversant with the use of 21st century learning methodologies and strategies.

The Principal commended awardees for their exceptional performance, saying that after being awarded top in the country this year and previous years, this is the first time the school would be coming out top in the world.
