The Management of Bridge House College takes yet another bold step in the stride and commitment towards excellence as both Academic and Administrative members of staff of the College converge at the Redemption Resort, Lagos-Ibadan Express way for a 3-day Staff Retreat.
The retreat which was facilitated by the Standard Mandate International group (SMI) was power-packed and highly refreshing; a bonding and strategy development period for the motivated attendees. It is a commendable Capacity Building initiative that’ll give the BHC team the much needed drive for the 2017/2018 academic session which starts Monday, 11th September, 2017.
According to the Brand Management/Marketing Consultant, Mrs. Omowunmi Fatodu, the College’s adherence to live up to her “Knowledge for Success” tagline is unwavering. She said, “It’s not a coincidence that we have themed this retreat, “Infinite Excellence”; we can’t stop being excellent. We must live up to the values that the BHC brand stands for. There’s a wind of change blowing in Bridge House College and I urge you all to get on that train.”
In 14 years, the Management of Bridge House College have been able to create a niche and maintain a leading position in Nigeria’s Sixth Form Education Sector through deliberate re-invention strategy in its operations and quality of service delivery.
The Chairman of the college, Dr. Alimi Abdulrazaq, in his welcome address at the retreat stressed that the College’s Mission – “To empower students to achieve success in life, realize their optimum potential through intensive, but highly personalized teaching methods using modern resource material and technology” is the drive for attaining this feat.
“We as the Board Management have a great responsibility to take decisions and implement policies to ensure that BHC not only remains a going concern, but the best provider of quality Pre-university Education.
